This complimentary call is a chance for us to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. You can share your health story, ask questions, and learn how naturopathy may support you.

No pressure — just an open conversation.

  • Your first session is a deep dive into your health story — past, present, and future.

We’ll explore your symptoms, medical history, current medications and supplements, nutrition, lifestyle, and the deeper patterns that may be influencing your wellbeing.

We’ll also discuss relevant testing if needed and begin shaping your personalised treatment plan. After your session, you’ll receive a tailored summary of everything we discussed and any initial prescriptions to begin your healing journey.

  • This session is designed to check in on your progress, address any new concerns, and refine your treatment plan. We’ll ensure everything continues to support your unique needs — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

  • Recommended if it’s been a little while since your last visit or if there are new test results to review (e.g. pathology, microbiome, hair mineral analysis). We’ll take extra time to revisit your goals, assess your progress, and adapt your treatment plan to continue moving you forward.

  • Iridology is a traditional naturopathic tool that involves studying the patterns, colours, and fibres of the iris to gain insight into your body’s constitutional strengths and potential imbalances.

In this session, we’ll explore what your eyes may reveal about your nervous system, digestive health, elimination pathways, and inherited tendencies. While this is not a diagnostic tool, it can offer supportive insight into areas of your health that may need nourishment or further attention.

Please note: This session is for analysis and discussion only — it does not include a treatment plan or prescription. If you’re seeking personalised health support, please consider booking an Initial Consultation.

FAQs

  • Naturopathic medicine is a holistic approach to health care that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of your symptoms. It combines traditional wisdom with modern science to bring the body back into balance and support the body’s natural healing abilities using nutrition, lifestyle guidance, herbal medicine, functional testing, and more.

  • You can expect a supportive, collaborative space where your story is heard and respected. We'll take a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, and daily routines to uncover what's going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll co-create a realistic and personalised treatment plan that aligns with your lifestyle and health goals.

  • Once you book, you'll receive an intake form to complete before our session. I also recommend gathering any recent test results, supplement lists, or any other relevant medical information. The more detail you can share, the better I can support you from the very beginning.

There’s no need to prepare anything else, just come as you are. This is a space where you’ll be listened to with care.

  • This really depends on your individual health goals and what we’re working through together. Most clients begin with an initial consultation, followed by 2–3 return consultations over the first few months to monitor progress and adjust their plan as needed.

Ongoing support is always available, but we’ll take it step by step. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and lifestyle changes needed to support lasting health—so you can feel your best, long after our sessions end.

  • No, the cost of herbs and supplements is not included in the consultation fee. If recommended, I’ll always explain why I’m prescribing something and make sure it aligns with your budget and preferences.

  • Yes! My consultations are fully available online, and I work with women across the globe. Please note: prescribing and product access may vary depending on your location. We’ll discuss all available options during your consultation.

  • Blood tests can be a useful tool. If you’ve had testing done I’ll review your results with a naturopathic lens—often looking at things that may still be suboptimal even if they’re in the “normal” range. If you haven’t had any recent testing done or if additional testing is required, we’ll discuss the options together.

  • As of July 1, 2025, naturopathy is eligible for private health insurance rebates in Australia. Please check with your health fund to confirm if naturopathy is currently included in your extras policy.

  • Yes, I do. I offer a range of functional tests (e.g. comprehensive stool analysis, hormone panels, DUTCH testing, blood work analysis, etc.). If testing is appropriate, I’ll explain the process and costs clearly before we proceed.
